Infant Massage Class

This 4 week series will introduce mothers to the basics of infant massage. Infants ages 1 month – 6 months may participate. Plan to attend all four classes (Augsut 3, 5, 10, 12). Please call 919-477-2644 if you have questions about your infant participating in this class.

Support group for those who are currently using a low-glycemic or low-carbohydrate approach to diet (along with exercise and stress management) to stabilize blood sugar, improve cardiovascular health, and lose weight. While participants/professionals share information on managing this diet approach, this is a peer-to-peer support group format.
