Increase your confidence in the birthing process by attending a series of classes (2 classes – March 28-29) that includes information and practice sessions on: *Signs and stages of labor *Breathing techniques *Medical Interventions *Pain management options *Positioning for comfort *Postpartum Information *Role of the support person *What to expect in the hospital Educators trained as Lamaze certified childbirth instructors (LCCE) teach all classes at Teer House. The eight (8) hour series is available on weekdays or weekends. Expectant parents are encouraged to complete the series between their 34-37th week. Register early, space is limited. Open to those moms and dads/support persons who are having a scheduled Cesarean birth. The class will cover information specific to this birth process and the recovery period. Fee - $20
