A six-week series (Tuesdays, February 21, March 7, 21, and Mondays, February 27, March 13, 28, ), led by a dietitian and exercise expert, supporting you in how to make changes in eating and exercise to obtain a healthy weight. $5 Fee for the series

Coping with Change and Losses Support Group

The support group provides a nurturing, supportive, and confidential environment for participants to share their feelings, thoughts and pain about their individual loss(es). The environment is conducive to learning from others that you are not alone in your journey through the pain.
