Discuss natural lifestyle strategies to enhance your child’s success in coping with the impact of ADHD. Strategies will include nutrition, sleep, exercise, relaxation, organization techniques, and stress management.

Infant and Child Pediatric Life Support
Registration Closed
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Participants will receive an introduction to infant and child safety strategies along with being trained by the American Heart Friends and Family CPR standards for Infant and Child CPR. $35 for an individual/$50 for a couple.
