This 4 week series will introduce mothers to the basics of infant massage. Infants ages 1 month – 6 months may participate. Plan to attend all four classes (September 14, 17, 21, 23). Please call 919-477-2644 if you have questions about your infant participating in this class. (Class Fee - $40)

Look Good, Feel Better

The Look Good … Feel Better program is designed to educate women receiving cancer treatment to assist in coping with changes in their physical appearance that may result from their illness or treatment.

Motherhood: The New Reality Show

Join other new moms as we brainstorm tips on surviving motherhood, offer suggestions for transitioning back to work, and share resources for staying at home full time.

Stroke Support Group

This support group aims to educate the stroke survivor and care giver about topics relating to stroke.

A support group for children dealing with cancer.

Low-Carb/Low-Glycemic Diet Support Group
Registration Closed
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Support group for those who are currently using a low-glycemic or low-carbohydrate approach to diet (along with exercise and stress management) to stabilize blood sugar, improve cardiovascular health, and lose weight. While participants/professionals share information on managing this diet approach, this is a peer-to-peer support group format.
