Who Am I Now? Recreating the Future

Through the grief process individuals are confronted with myriad changes including one's own identity. As we confront the various changes in life as a result of a significant death, we find that we are changing. Through this conversation you may begin the process of recognizing how your perception of yourself and your future has and will change.
