Description:

Join us for a free Community Health Fair. Local doctors and nurses are offering a number of free health screenings and tests, including:

  • Dental screening
  • Eye screening
  • Height, weight, BMI checks
  • Blood pressure test
  • Pulmonary function test
  • Cholesterol screening (Please do not eat anything 12 hours prior to this screening)
  • PSA screening
  • Seasonal flu and swine flu vaccines
  • Leg circulation test
  • Nutrition education

Refreshments will be provided.

Space is limited, so pre-registration is recommended.
