Join us for a free Community Health Fair. Local doctors and nurses are offering a number of free health screenings and tests, including:
- Dental screening
- Eye screening
- Height, weight, BMI checks
- Blood pressure test
- Pulmonary function test
- Cholesterol screening (Please do not eat anything 12 hours prior to this screening)
- PSA screening
- Seasonal flu and swine flu vaccines
- Leg circulation test
- Nutrition education
Refreshments will be provided.
Space is limited, so preregistration is recommended.
