Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise. Join us immediately afterward for “Motherhood: The New Reality Show”.

Participants will receive an introduction to infant and child safety strategies along with being trained by the American Heart Friends and Family CPR standards for Infant and Child CPR. $35 for an individual/$50 for a couple.
Baby Care Class

A class touching on general information for expectant parents regarding the basics of baby care (feeding, bathing, diapering, etc.). A practical demonstration utilizing a baby model will be offered.
