This 4 class series (April 3,10,17,24, 2008) will include information on: signs of labor, stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management options, role of the coach, breathing techniques, vaginal and cesarean births, coping with unexpected outcomes, and hospital routines. Getting in Shape After Baby

Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise.
