Getting in Shape After Baby

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise. Join us immediately afterward for “Motherhood: The New Reality Show”.

Low-Carb/Low-Glycemic Diet Support Group
Registration closed
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Support group for those who are currently using a low-glycemic or low-carbohydrate approach to diet (along with exercise and stress management) to stabilize blood sugar, improve cardiovascular health, and lose weight. While participants/professionals share information on managing this diet approach, this is a peer-to-peer support group format.

This class is for expectant parents. It covers general information regarding the basics of baby care including feeding, bathing, diapering, etc. A practical demonstration utilizing a baby model will be offered.

The eight (8) hour series is available on weekdays or weekends. Expectant parents are encouraged to complete the series between their 34-37th week. Register early, space is limited.
