Fitness, Fun, and Food: Habits for a Lifetime

A one day nutrition and fitness camp for children 10-12 years old. Children will have summer fun while learning basic cooking skills, figuring fast food facts, and discovering yummy and nutritious ideas for health snacks. Parents and siblings are invited to join us at the end of the day to learn tips for enjoying a healthy lifestyle together. Camp is 8:30am - 5:00 pm; followed with family activity from 5:00-6:30 pm.
