This eight-week workshop gives patients and caregivers an opportunity to learn a number of mind-body skills to help manage the stress related to medical illness.

The group is designed to help participants learn how to more effectively cope with upsetting emotions, manage physical symptoms and pain, improve attention, calm anxious thoughts, achieve a greater sense of balance, combat fatigue, and find meaning and fulfillment in their current life situation.

If you wish to participate, please register for the eight-week workshop before April 11. You must register for the series as a whole.
