From Points East:
Take I-40 West towards Raleigh/Durham
Take the US-64 EAST/I-440 NORTH exit, Exit #301
Merge onto I-440 East
Take the WAKE FOREST ROAD exit, Exit #10
Turn RIGHT onto WAKE FOREST ROAD
Duke Raleigh's entrance comes up quickly on the Right.

There are two free parking decks for visitors and patients. One is just to the left of the Hospital's main entrance, and the other just the right of the medical office building next to the hospital.

From Points West:
Take I-40 East to Raleigh/Durham
Take RALEIGH CHAPEL HILL EXPRESSWAY.
RALEIGH CHAPEL HILL EXPRESSWAY becomes WADE AVE.
Take the I-440 NORTH/US-1 NORTH/INNER BELTLINE ramp towards WAKE FOREST/ROCKY MOUNT/WILSON.
Merge onto I-440 NORTH
Take the WAKE FOREST ROAD exit, Exit #10
Turn LEFT onto WAKE FOREST ROAD
You will travel back under I-440
Start merging to the right hand side of Wake Forest Road Duke Raleigh's entrance comes up quickly on the Right.
