Description

This educational discussion will address proper bladder function, common dysfunctions, tips for a healthy (and happy!) bladder, and bladder irritants.

Common dysfunctions that will be covered are stress incontinence, urge incontinence and mixed incontinence. If you have frequent, uncontrollable urges or a tendency to dribble at inopportune times, please come and learn more!

Just like any other part of our body, the bladder and the muscles known as the pelvic floor need to be exercised regularly to maintain their optimal function and ultimately keep you dry.

Did you know that fruit juice, artificial sweeteners and chocolate (to name a few) can cause an irritable bladder? Did you know that there are several types of treatment options to address these issues? Join us to learn more about your bladder's health and the small things you can do to keep it happ.
