Duke Voice Care Center is pleased to offer this presentation on vocal health and wellness.

This one-hour presentation will include a brief description of the anatomy and physiology of the voice, discussion of voice problems and what can go wrong with the voice, how to take care of the voice to keep it healthy and prevent damage or injury to the vocal cords, and special precautions and techniques for singers related to taking care of the voice.

Time will be provided following the presentation for a question and answer period, if desired.

The presenters are Seth Cohen, MD, MPH, and Leda Scearce, MM, MS, CCC-SLP.
