Description

This weekend series includes information on: signs of labor, stages of labor, comfort measurements, alternative pain management options, active coaching technique, breathing and relaxation techniques, massage therapy, vaginal and Cesarean births, positive ways to cope with unexpected outcomes, private birth plan consultation, and birthing center routines.

Expectant parents are encouraged to complete the weekend series between weeks 28 and 36 of pregnancy.

Register early at week 22 by calling Ho-Yu Pan, BSN, CNM, LCCE, at 919-970-0024.

This class will be completed within the weekend: Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
