Description:

The Stroke Survivor Support Group offers education, support and resources for individuals who have been affected by stroke. Survivors, family members, caregivers and anyone else interested are welcome. Different educational topics are presented each month, call for topic details. This support group meets the second Monday of each month.

June's topic will be "Community Resources for Stroke Patients and Families," presented by Betsy Roy, LRT/CTRS.

Directions:

From I-85:
Take Duke Street exit north. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Crutchfield Street. Turn right and the hospital is on the right.

From Roxboro:
Take 501 south to Durham. Follow 501 to Duke Street, then follow Duke Street to Crutchfield Street. Turn left and the hospital is on the right.

Due to construction on I-85, please allow extra travel time.
