This is a two-day study investigating metabolism in subjects with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in comparison to subjects without liver disease and subjects with other forms of liver disease.

Screening for diabetes and insulin resistance is performed on day one. If the subject has a normal result, then we will proceed to day two, which includes an IV glucose tolerance test.

Subjects will not receive compensation for taking part in this study.
