The purpose of this study is to see if the worsening of Huntington's disease symptoms are slowed by an investigational drug Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ) as compared to placebo.

If you are 16 years old or older, you may qualify for this study.

Subjects have 14 study visits and 10 telephone contacts over about five years.

There will be no additional costs to you as a result of being in this research study.
