The goal of the trial is to evaluate the lead removal success in patients that are indicated for left ventricular lead removal.

Eligibility Requirements

Participants must:

• Have a class one or two indication or physician discretion for left ventricular (LV) lead removal
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a signed and dated patient consent form
