Healthy men and women of non-childbearing potential are needed to participate in a research study to assess the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug that is being developed for the treatment of heart failure.
Eligible participants will be non-smokers who are 18 to 45 years of age, weigh between 110 and 242 pounds, and take no medications.
Participation requires an outpatient screening appointment, a single three- or four-day admission to the Duke Clinical Research Unit, two outpatient follow-up visits after the admission has been completed and one final, brief telephone interview.
Enrolled participants will receive financial compensation.
