This is a cohort study of the MURDOCK Study Community Registry and Biorepository focused on establishing an MS patient population to identify biomarkers for disease development and progression and response to treatment. 1,000 participants will be enrolled into the MS cohort study.
All study participants will enroll into the MURDOCK Study Community Registry and Biorepository and then the MS cohort study. This is a one-time study visit which consists of a thorough review of the MURDOCK Study consent form with a trained study coordinator, review of a health survey and medication form, measurement of blood pressure, pulse and waist circumference, collection of 3 tablespoons of blood and urine sample. Additionally, MS participants will sign a consent form for the cohort study and will also complete a 3 page questionnaire asking them about their MS diagnosis, symptoms and treament(s).
Eligible participants will meet the following criteria:
-Age 18 or older
-Ability to understand and provide written consent
-Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis
