Intramuscular injection of placental (PLX-PAD) cells versus placebo for the treatment of patients with peripheral artery disease and intermittent claudication. Patients must have "limited options" for revascularization (either with surgery or percutaneous options).

Age 40-80 years. Duration: 6 months. Number of visits: 5.
