We are seeking healthy women, age 18-35, not recently on hormone therapy, who are scheduled for depot-Provera injection. Prior to their injection, and twice afterwards over the subsequent nine weeks, they will have respiratory testing and blood work at the Duke Center for Living.

Each subject will be compensated up to $75 for their participation.
