Seeking Healthy Young People

We are looking for healthy, young, moderately overweight men and women for a research study examining leg muscle tissue.

Eligibility

  • Between the ages of 18 and 30
  • Non-smoker
  • No history of heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or diabetes
  • Not allergic to Xylocaine (lidocaine) or numbing medication

Compensation

Participants will receive $200 compensation upon the completion of one visit at the Duke Center For Living.
