Do you have heart disease? Have you had a heart attack, stent, or bypass surgery?

If so, you could qualify for a trial investigating how stress is affecting your heart.

Doctors at Duke University Medical Center are conducting a six-week, escitalopram versus placebo study to assess the treatment of mental stress-induced myocardial ischemia in patients with ischemic heart disease.

Qualified patients will receive assessments, study drugs, and regular contact with study personnel at no charge. Compensation is also included.

For more information, contact Jennifer Wilson at 919-681-4367.
