This study seeks to evaluate the clinical benefit of Ezetimibe/Simvastatin combination compared with Simvastatin in patients with stabilized acute coronary syndrome.

Clinical benefit will be defined as the reduction in the risk of major coronary events and non-fatal stroke.

Participants must be enrolled within 10 days of recent hospitalization.
