The annual Pink Ribbon Yoga Retreat for Breast Cancer Survivors offers you an opportunity to relax on the beaches of North Carolina amid the tranquil nurturing environment of The Trinity Retreat Center.
The yoga retreat, sponsored by the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program, lets you experience the peace and empowerment that yoga can bring to your life.
The Pink Ribbon Yoga Retreat, designed especially for women breast cancer survivors, combines yoga, information on health-related topics, healing modalities, new friendships and fun to help you return to your life refreshed and equipped with new tools to help you heal your body and spirit.
During the four-day retreat, a gifted group of teachers will lead you through a gentle yoga program that includes pranayamas, restorative poses, traditional hatha classes, anusara yoga, and meditation. All levels of yoga students are encouraged to participate from those who have never experienced yoga to those who practice yoga on an on-going basis.
In addition to the yoga instruction, healers of different modalities will be on site to offer massage and reiki.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Pink Ribbon Yoga Retreat for Breast Cancer Survivors for a time of renewal and an opportunity for fresh insights that can arise from the quietness of this beautiful location.
