Phillip Shoe, MDiv, ThM is the volunteer services coordinator of the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program.
Phillip works with over 200 DCPSP volunteers to provide patient and caregiver support through our many volunteer programs.
In this role, he trains and supports our volunteers to provide care in a variety of ways, including companionship, hospitality, self-image education, and if need be, end of life care.
