Leukemia or lymphoma may not produce any symptoms in the early stages. As the disease advances, many leukemias and lymphomas can produce similar symptoms. These general symptoms include:
- Fatigue
- Night sweats
- Pain or swelling below the ribs, especially on the left side
- Shortness of breath
- Skin rash or itchy skin
- Swelling of the lymph nodes in the neck, under the arms, the stomach, or groin
- Unexplained fever or infection
- Unexplained pain in the chest, abdomen, or bones
- Unexplained weight loss
