New Patient Appointments

A doctor's referral is not necessary to make an appointment with the gynecologic cancer program at Duke, but we must have each patient's paperwork on file before an appointment will be made.

Please be prepared to fax your most recent records to the appropriate office when you call for an appointment. This may include the most up-to-date:

• Pathology report
• Operative note
• X-ray
• Clinic note
• Laboratory reports
• Radiology reports

Returning Patients
