Duke Medicine Patient Safety Center

Share

Duke Medicine Patient Safety Center initiatives to improve patient care quality and safety at Duke include:

Establishing a national program to increase the safety and quality of care across Duke Medicine, across North Carolina, and the United States. Duke Medicine Patient Safety Center develops, implements, and evaluates patient safety and quality programs and resources for health care facilities and the community. The center will advance the national understanding of patient safety by integrating the best clinical and organizational practices in patient safety and risk-reduction with the in-depth clinical knowledge and research expertise available in an academic medical center.
