Duke University Health System offers hundreds of clinical locations for patients to access health care throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Use DukeHealth.org’s Location section to find the information you are looking for about these practices, including addresses, phone numbers, maps to the location, physicians who work there, and services offered.

Visit our Location section to begin. From the main page of this section, you can search Duke location pages by proximity, city, services offered, or name.

Find a Location Near You

1. In the middle of the page you will see a box that says “Search for Locations Near You.”
2. Enter your address or the city and state or ZIP code where you want to find a doctor.
3. Click “Search.” You will be brought to a page that has a listing of all the locations, starting with the closest, which fit your criteria.
4. Click the name of the location that most appropriately fits your criteria. You will be taken to that location’s page where you can find additional information.

Find a Location by City

1. From the main Locations page, scroll down to the “Browse by City” option.
2. Click the name of the city where you want to find a Duke health location. You will be taken to a page that lists all of the Duke University Health System locations in that particular city.
3. Click on a specific location name to find out additional information about that location.

Find a Location by Services

If you need to find a location that treats certain diseases or offers particular services, you should search locations by services.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the main Locations page.  You will find the option to search locations by services or specialty.
2. Click the “Search for locations by service” link.  You will be taken to a page that has a list of all the services offered by Duke Medicine.
3. Select, from the list, the service you need to find a location for.
4. After you have selected the service, scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. You can have the results sorted by proximity to your address (this is optional). To do so, enter your address, city/state, or ZIP code at the bottom of the page.
6. Click “Search.” You will be given a list of the locations nearest you that offer the services you need.

Find a Location by Name

If you already know the name of the location, but need additional information, you can search locations by name.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the Locations page and look in the right-hand navigation for this option.
2. Enter the location name or partial location name in the Search box. As you type, a box will appear with suggestions for your search.
3. Click on the appropriate suggestion, and you will be taken straight to the location page.
4. If you don’t see the location you want, continue typing to see if your suggestion shows up, or select the “See all Results” link to view a list of all the locations that fit your criteria.

Location Tips

1. If you want to see all of our locations on a map, use the “Map of all locations” page. Click a red marker to learn more about a location. The address and phone number will appear, and if you click the name of the location within the pop-up, you will brought to the location page. Use the control on the left of the map to zoom or navigate.
2. If you prefer to see all the locations in a list, use “List of all locations” to view an alphabetized list of all the Duke and Duke-affiliated locations.
