Resistance Against Pressure (RAP) is a community-based program that is committed to educating and training youth to become more active participants in their life choices, rights, and goals.
The program’s objectives are to provide information to teens about HIV and other STDs, abstinence, peer pressure, teen pregnancy, substance abuse, and other issues.
Partners In Caring received funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) from 2002 to 2005 to provide RAP in North Carolina. Partners In Caring continues to offer the RAP program upon request.
