Duke’s occupational medicine, ergonomics, and mental health professionals can effectively address most questions pertaining to the ability of a particular person to perform a job, risks of a particular person doing a job, or job modifications necessary to make a job “fit.”

At certain times, your workplace faces important questions:

• Does a change in health prevent continuing in a certain job?
• Would modifying the job (or the treatment) allow the job to "fit" again?
• What are the risks of this person doing this job?
