Faculty physicians in the clinical division of general internal medicine participate in clinical research trials as investigators in collaboration with the Duke Primary Care Research Consortium (PCRC).

We are currently serving as investigators in studies relating to diabetes, cholesterol disorders, and physician-patient communication.

Through these clinical trials, patients may gain access to exciting new treatments not available to the general population.
