Our 27,000-plus square foot facility, located on the scenic Duke campus in Durham, North Carolina, is the first of its kind devoted to the practice of integrative medicine.

Designed for healing, our center offers warm spaces and scenic gardens and a broad array of therapies, programs, and services combining the best of academic medicine with whole-person healing traditions.

We offer several opportunities to join our practice. Annual memberships enable you to experience the physician-patient partnership model that is at the core of our work with you.

Enrollment provides a wide variety of benefits including access to our center facilities, sessions with our experts over the course of the year, and a unique way to access and navigate Duke Medicine.

Alternatively, we offer day visits and individual services, as well as multiple day immersion experiences. These provide an introduction to integrative medicine and to us.

Join Our Practice: Through our annual Platinum and Gold enrollment programs, we offer an array of services that can include physician consultations and collaborative care, immersion programs, coaching sessions, and personal health plans.

Immersion Programs: Our complete immersion programs offer elements considered fundamental to health assessment and care, such as medical consultations, fitness assessments and nutrition classes.

Day and Half-Day Programs: In addition to enrollment programs, immersion programs, and group and corporate programs, we offer day and half-day programs. These programs consist of therapeutic services, classes, and meals from our unique café and allow clients to sample our offerings and environment in a convenient, affordable package.

Group and Corporate Programs: We offer an intensive and personalized group program that helps families, groups, and businesses take vital steps toward ensuring future health.
