Instructor, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Maya McNeilly, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices integrative psychotherapy and teaches in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Foundations program as well as the graduate course in interpersonal mindfulness. She has been meditating since childhood and has studied mindfulness (Vipassana, Zen, and Tibetan traditions), Christian contemplative prayer, and Jewish meditation with teachers in the United States, Nepal, and Tibet.
