Kerry Little, MA

Integrative Health Coach

Little has over 10 years of experience teaching and working with groups and individuals with a focus on improving their well being. From corporate presentations to one-on-one sessions, she has helped clients lose weight, stop smoking, reduce stress, become physically active, and improve their health and quality of life.

As an integrative health coach at Duke Integrative Medicine, Little is involved in cutting-edge health care and research. It is her calling to assist others in their journey towards better health. She also enjoys coaching clients to achieve the better life they seek and deserve.

She received her bachelor's degree in health education from Elon University, her masters' degree from N.C. State University with a focus on health behavior, and her coaching certificate from Totally Coached. Prior to working at Duke as an account manager with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Little designed and led a three-month weight loss program where Duke employees lost over 4,000 pounds in total.

She also worked as a health educator and manager at a top hospital-based wellness center where she designed and taught a variety of health programs for corporate clients and members of the community.
