Integrative Health Coach
Duda is a clinical social worker who maintained a private
psychotherapy practice for 15 years, specializing in work with
adolescents, families, and adults. In addition, she was an
instructor at Yale Medical School for eight years, teaching
interview techniques.
In 2004 Duda received coaching training through the Coaches
Training Institute.
At present, she divides her time between her private
coaching practice and work at Duke Integrative Medicine. At
Duke, she provides health coaching to individuals and groups.
Duda's work focuses on helping individuals and groups make
lifelong changes that significantly improve their health and
quality of life.
In addition to coaching, she has worked on a
GlaxoSmithKline-sponsored medication adherence research study,
and she coordinates the Duke Prospective Health monthly seminar
series.
