Classes

Fitness classes include:

  • Aerobics -- These 45-minute classes include many types and levels of cardio, kick-boxing, cycling, and step aerobics.
  • Pool -- In addition to water walking and open swimming classes that encourage overall fitness, we also offer a number pool classes that specifically promote cardiovascular fitness and help increase motion and flexibility among arthritis patients.
  • Floor -- Our floor exercise classes promote muscle strength, range of motion, balance, and flexibility for people of every fitness level and health status.
  • Specialty -- From yoga, t’ai chi, and Pilates to cycling, badminton, and beyond, these specialty classes help keep participants fit and healthy.
