Treatment for coronary artery disease at Duke is provided by
a team of physicians from the Divisions of Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Cardiothoracic
Anesthesiology, as well as the Duke Heart Center.
We have pioneered national efforts to improve the quality of
care through clinical research and use of patient
registries.
Duke is consistently ranked among the nation’s best in Heart
and Heart Surgery by U.S. News & World Report -- we were
ranked 7th in the nation in 2006.
