Anorectal Physiology
Duke's anorectal physiology laboratory offers a number of diagnostic tests that provide important information about the function and anatomy of the anus and rectum.

Capsule Endoscopy
For imaging of the small intestine to identify problems such as recurrent GI bleeding or Crohn's disease

Colonoscopy
Enables the physician to examine the lining of the colon (large intestine) for abnormalities

Endoscopic Ultrasound
Allows your physician to obtain images and information about the digestive tract and the surrounding tissue and organs

ERCP
Helps the physician diagnose problems in the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, and pancreas

Upper Endoscopy
Enables the physician to look inside the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum (first part of the small intestine)
