We pay close attention to the feedback provided by our patients so we can strive to offer the best possible care.
Potential Patients
Questions concerning treatment options or the process and procedures used at Duke University are best handled on an individual basis.
Please schedule an appointment with your physician to discuss these concerns. Often patients feel they have only minor questions, however, they would benefit from the individual attention that an appointment can provide.
Current Patients
Patients currently enrolled in our program should contact the triage nurse should they have questions about following their prescribed treatment, establishing start dates, or need help with problems that may arise in the course of treatment.
Please review the materials provided to you (information package and Web page), as many answers can be found within these resources.
Positive and negative feedback will have the most impact in writing. Positive feedback can be shared with the members of our group that participated in your care.
If you are dissatisfied with something or someone, having a written record of your feedback will be most useful in helping us to guide changes that may be necessary.
