For an appointment, call the Duke Fertility Center at 919-572-HOPE (4673).

Please specify the type of service requested (individual, couples, or consultation) and the type of payment (insurance or self–pay).

Insurance Issues

Please review your insurance plan for mental health coverage. Benefits may be available if you feel significantly depressed, anxious, or are having difficulty coping. Insurance generally will not cover consultation.

Please ask if your insurance requires pre-certification. If necessary, you are responsible for obtaining pre-certification prior to the appointment. We will be happy to assist with any required paperwork.

Many patients choose to pay for services out-of–pocket, in order to bypass insurance involvement.
