The exact cost of your treatment will depend upon the procedures that you undergo. You will need to look into which items your insurance will cover, and which items require preauthorization, prior to starting treatment.
If your insurance carrier requires a co-payment, this co-payment will be due at the beginning of your visit. Any services not covered by insurance require payment at the time services are rendered.
Remember these cost estimates are here only for information purposes and are not updated frequently enough to reflect the exact cost.
All costs should be confirmed through the financial representatives. You may reach a financial representative by calling 919-572-HOPE (4673).
A Personal Plan Worksheet (PDF, 8KB) is available to assist you with planning for your treatment and working with your insurance provider.
Surgical costs are not notated on our pages at this time. Contact the financial representatives if you have questions about the cost of surgical procedures.
