The Duke Diet & Fitness Center (DFC) is among the most
highly respected treatment centers in the world for individuals
who are overweight or obese.
Our therapeutic residential weight management program helps
people affected by excess weight and impaired physical fitness
achieve better health through weight loss, physical
conditioning, and improved self-care habits.

videos about DFC featuring Howard Eisenson, MD, and Martin
Binks, PhD.
Comprehensive programs lasting one to four weeks or longer
empower patients with education, experience, practical
behavioral strategies, and ongoing support to make long-term
changes.
After completing your stay, our weekly Lifestyle Coaching
group telephone calls and online weight loss program that are
included free of charge to all participants extend the
experience indefinitely. Our various options for returning to
the center further reinforce this program as a lifelong
approach to health.
