Cutaneous T Cell lymphoma is a type of cancer that begins in
a lymphocyte, a type of white blood cell, in the skin.
Patients with suspected or proven cutaneous lymphoma or
lymphoproliferative disorders, such as lymphomatoid papulosis,
are seen on Tuesday mornings at our dermatologic oncology
clinic.
New patients should expect to have skin biopsies performed
and to have their referring physician send results of any
pathology, radiology, or blood work prior to their clinic
visit.
Ideally, patients should, with the approval of their
referring physician, stop any topical therapy two weeks prior
to their initial visit to the clinic.
