The network formed in 1994 and now covers 20 locations in eight counties serving the greater Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, North Carolina) area. Over 80 physicians plus physician assistants and nurse practitioners provide health care.
DPC strives to provide high quality and safe patient care.
