The heart transplant clinic serves new patients for whom heart transplant is being considered and provides follow-up for patients who have undergone heart or heart-lung transplant.

Focused care for adjusting the different anti-rejection or congestive heart failure medications is provided as well as coordination of care between other subspecialty caregivers.
